Special TV programmes

Musical Programme “Chalonbil Jatri Rabindranath” will be aired on Banglavision today at 6:10 pm.
Anchored by Rokeya Prachi, the programme highlights Tagore’s stay in different places of Bangladesh like Shilaidah, Shahjadpur and Potishar. Rabindranath travelled from Shilaidah to Shahjadpur and Shahjadpur to Potishar on his bojra (house-boat).
Rabindranath wrote several songs, letters while he crossed Chalonbil on his bojra. The programme will focus on such creations by Rabindranath.
Lily Islam, Mokbul Hoassain, Promode Dutt, Chanchal Khan, and Rabi Shankar Moitri will render songs on the programme. Rabi Shankar Moitri has produced the programme.
